Policy on Involvement of Officers and Staffs of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association with Arbitration and Mediation Cases

This Policy stipulates the measures and obligations to be complied with by the officers and staffs of the JCAA.

The purpose of this policy is to maintain the neutrality and fairness of the JCAA and thereby secure the trust of arbitration and mediation under the administration of the JCAA.
