How to find JCAA panel arbitrators
While parties are free to select arbitrators of their choice, JCAA provides a searchable database of panel arbitrators (only arbitrators who have expressly consented to publication of their information are listed).
Upon request by the parties to a JCAA arbitration, JCAA can provide a list of arbitrator candidates with expertise relevant to the parties' specific case, for the parties to consider.
Number of candidates
The number of candidates who have indicated their openness to appointment under each set of arbitration rules is as follows:
