With the amendment of the Act on Promotion of Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution which became effective on 1 April 2024, the Commercial Mediation Rules have been partially amended in accordance with the Guidelines for Implementation of the Act specifically for domestic mediation cases.  Article 26 (Settlement) adds some provisions regarding the procedures to be followed when the parties have agreed to enforcement based on the settlement agreement.
