As of September 10, 2024, the JCAA’s Panel of arbitrators includes 507 arbitration experts, comprising 382 foreign nationals and 125 Japanese nationals.

While parties are free to select arbitrators of their choice, JCAA provides a searchable database of panel arbitrators below (only arbitrators who have expressly consented to publication of their information are listed).

Upon request by the parties to a JCAA arbitration, JCAA can provide a list of arbitrator candidates with expertise relevant to the parties' specific case, for the parties to consider.

The JCAA currently updates the list of JCAA panel arbitrators twice a year. If anyone applies for the empanelment, please send a CV containing the past experience as arbitrator to the Arbitration and Mediation Department by e-mail.
