JCAA's new Commercial Mediation Rules came into force on February 1, 2020. The new Rules offer strict confidentiality protocols in line with the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Mediation, while also incorporating enforceability requirements as set out in the Singapore Convention on Mediation.
