Arbitration and Mediation services following a state of emergency declared by the Government of Japan

In response to a state of emergency declared on January 7, 2021 by the Government of Japan, there have been a minimum number of staffs in the JCAA office and the remaining staffs work from home on a rotating basis. Despite this difficult situation, we will continue to manage the arbitration and mediation proceedings to the best of our ability to meet the wishes of all users.

In light of this, we would like to ask all communication regarding JCAA arbitration and mediation to be sent to the following email address. For the pending arbitration and mediation cases, please contact us at the email address of your JCAA secretariat.

Under the JCAA Rules, any submissions including a request for arbitration, an application for emergency measures and a request for mediation can be filed by email to the above address.
