Ms. Jieying Peng from China joined the Arbitration and Mediation Department of the JCAA as a full-time staff in May 2020. She earned a dual-degree in economics and law at Guangzhou University and passed the Chinese bar examination. She further obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Melbourne and was admitted as a lawyer in Victoria, Australia. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Japanese.
